Expert Roof Replacement for Maryland Homeowners

“I cannot recommend Landmark Roofing enough. They were extremely reasonable, professional, and had our problem fixed in a timely manner!! I would definitely use them again and would recommend their service.”

“Artie and his team were quick to respond and were very professional along the way. They provided us a fair quote and we have peace of mind with their warranty. The skylights are top quality and the roof looks amazing. Their two crews came in and completed a very difficult job in just one day. We were very pleased with how they protected our property before they started and how they cleaned up when they finished. So glad we chose Landmark for our new roof!”

“Landmark Roofing took over a siding job that a previous contractor was not performing well on. They came out right away, gave us a decent price to undo the work of the previous contractor and do the project right. They have all the right people in different areas of expertise and solved all of our problems. We get a lot of compliments on our house now. They were willing to walk into a difficult situation and really make us happy.”

“Landmark roofers showed up when expected, completed the job in a single day, even replaced a few sheets of plywood. The crew was very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend.”

“Landmark was the 4th roofing company we called and they should have been first. The entire process was fantastic: Lukas with his knowledgeable inspection and estimate, Shannon with his timely communication and project updates, Buddy with on-site oversight of a very efficient and professional installation team. Landmark is hands down the best roofing company in the area and if you’re not working with Lukas on the estimate, you’re not getting the best service in the industry. Thanks to everyone on the Landmark team for making what I expected to be a painful process nothing but pure joy. Oh, and I should mention a beautiful new roof to top it all off – pun intended.”

“Extremely pleased with the service, constant communication and the clean up during and after installation of my new roof. It looks wonderful and I highly recommend Landmark Roofing as a company to do business with. Their concern for the customer is excellent and they are very competitive in the market, offering high quality products and warranty.”

“The prospect of having to replace my roof didn’t exactly fill me with joyous anticipation. I decided on Landmark Roofing after receiving quotes from three contractors because of the reviews and the fact that they were close to my neighborhood. I couldn’t have made a better choice. Their attention to customer satisfaction and detail is clearly part of their culture. I was told exactly how the process worked, when I could expect to get scheduled (weather being an issue) when the materials would arrive, when the workers would arrive, how long it would take and how much it would cost. And they delivered on every promise. Needing a new roof isn’t fun, but working with Landmark Roofing was a very pleasant experience.”

“I HIGHLY recommend Landmark Roofing! They just replaced our roof and they were honest, dependable, punctual and competitively priced. I also enjoy supporting a local business rather than some high pressure sales out of town company.”

“Quality work and great value given the work, materials and warranties. Conscientious, professional, friendly and courteous Landmark team — sales to roofing crew to project manager to senior management. Well-organized crew completed the job in one day. Impressive and diligent clean-up process. Awesome looking new roof. Highly recommended!!”

“I wanted to thank you as a company. As you know, I am also having some renovations done inside the house. It was very comforting to know a project manager was able to come out to my house a few times a week and whenever I had any concerns. Even though a few things still need to be completed, I always felt the company, including Seth and Tommy, always listened to and heard my concerns. I believe I picked the best company for my new siding.”
