Each year, Landmark Roofing partners with GAF and Superior Distribution to provide a brand new roof completely free of charge, to a local family in need.
The Landmark Team strongly believes in giving back and supporting the community that keeps us in business, so we would like to ask the community to help us find our winner. If you know a local family in need that would benefit from a new roof, you can nominate them anonymously using the contact form below. Give us an idea of who they are and why they need a new roof in your own words. We are currently accepting nominations through February 4, 2022 and the winner will be announced mid February 2022.

Meet Some of Our Previous Winners
Virginia Fingland
Virginia was nominated by her neighbor and friend, Devorah. In August 2020, Virginia was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 35 and had to quickly undergo chemotherapy, surgery and radiation. She is a talented local hair stylist, however due to her treatments and side effects, she was forced to drop the majority of her hours. As the breadwinner of her family, it has been an extremely challenging time for her both emotionally and financially.
The Landmark Team gifted Virginia new windows, doors and gutters, as a reminder she is supported by her entire community. We thank Virginia for her kindness, courage and allowing Landmark Roofing to be a small part of her and her family’s amazing journey.
Mimi Canterbury
Mimi was nominated by her neighbors, Randy Hopkins and John and Annie Judge, who describe Mimi as “incredibly vibrant, hopeful, and filled with gratitude.” They shared the tragedy Mimi and her family have suffered in the last year, and Landmark Roofing was grateful to be able to help. Mimi’s husband passed away unexpectedly, leaving her to raise her 13-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son, on her own. Within the same year, Mimi lost her brother-in-law and her mother-in-law. However, through all this tragedy, Mimi has never lost her spirit. Hopkins shared with us that Mimi, “Wakes up every day smiling and blowing kisses at the neighbors. At a time when she is forced to be the rock for her kids as they grieve, she does it with grace and perseverance.”
The Keiser Family
The Keiser’s were nominated by their friend, Jamie and mother, Denise, who knew they were in need of a new roof, but put it on the back burner since their young daughter, Maddie, was diagnosed with cancer. The family was strained financially due to medical bills, and were forced to live with their leaky roof. Landmark Roofing is so happy to be able to help the Keiser’s during this difficult time, and provide them with a brand new roof. In addition, whenever you purchase a roof from Landmark Roofing and mention Maddie, a donation will be made to Gold in Fight, a foundation that helps families with critically ill children.
