The best experience you could ask for when you have a whole in your roof and need to deal with insurance companies. Long story : we contacted landmark after our initial contractor who we had been planning a repair through had gone radio silent when the insurance had some questions reguarding the estimate. Landmark was amazing, we worked with Lukas from the insurance division and after he looked at the damage and measured the existing shingles he said according to code this needs to be a replacement not repair. He sent over the proposal to the insurance with all the paperwork and evidence needed to back it up and after a bunch of back and fourth we were able to get the roof replaced. Thankfully the entire time we had it trapped so there was not more damage happening hit if you have an insurance related roof problem call Lukas. Skip all others and just let them do the work, they know what they are talking about and the insurance company is going to want to pay for as little as possible.
Efficient, effective, roof completed in one day, cleanup was impeccable the people I dealt with were very responsive, I would recommend Landmark to anyone who needed a new roof

We were very happy with Landmark! They replaced our roof and gutters and even arranged for a power wash. All 3 crews were very professional and hard working. They arrived at the appointed time and cleared all the debris and nails from around the house thoroughly at the end of the day. I’m also going to have them do our window replacement. I would recommend them to anyone who needs roof, windows or siding work.
