How Landmark Spent 2020

While we are excited to enter into 2021, we are thankful for the opportunities presented to us this past year. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, we at Landmark Roofing were able to work continuously throughout this crazy and unpredictable year and we have our customers to thank for that.

We are also extremely thankful for all of our loyal and dedicated Landmark Roofing employees. The tireless effort they put in day in and day out allowed us to accomplish several goals in 2020.

When reviewing the past year, a few things, in particular, stood out:

Shared Roofing Knowledge

Through monthly videos and blogs, we were able to share our roofing knowledge with all of you. Knowledge on topics like; roof inspections, whether or not insurance will pay for a roof replacement, how to decide on siding, and more.

We Gave Away A Roof

We are truly blessed to have the opportunity to provide a member of our community with a new roof, free of charge.  Every year we are moved by the stories we hear, and this year, Mimi Canterbury’s story moved us greatly.

We Stayed Safe

We faced some unique challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Under normal circumstances, roofers are easily able to complete an estimate a few different ways. If the homeowner is present, it’s a great option to go into the home and inspect the attic for any leaks or drafts, unfortunately, this was not an option for the majority of 2020. Our team at Landmark was able to adapt to these new circumstances with options such as virtual estimates. This allowed us to get an estimate of your roofing project without coming in contact with anyone, keeping the customer and our employees safe.

We Gave Back

At Landmark Roofing, our team believes strongly in supporting and giving back to the community that keeps us in business. This year, we were fortunate enough to help several organizations including Severna Park Community Center, BWMC Foundation, and Boys Hope Girls Hope of Baltimore. We hope 2021 provides us with the same, if not more opportunities to give back.

And More!

We completed many projects this year, most notably, the work at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church and Chartwell Country Club. We also filmed not one, but two commercials, and had a lot of fun doing it!

Looking Ahead

As 2020 comes to a close, we want to offer one final thank you to all who have supported the Landmark Roofing family and we wish you nothing but joy and happiness in 2021! If you know anyone who could especially use our help in 2021, nominate them for our roof giveaway here!
