Landmark Roofing recently was awarded the very prestigious 2025 Master Elite GAF Three Star President’s Club Award. Landmark Roofing earned this award through their commitment to the highest quality craftmanship and customer service. There are only three contractors in the state of Maryland at this award level and Landmark Roofing is the only roofing contractor with this award level in Anne Arundel County. Per GAF, “the 2025 Master Elite GAF President’s Club Three Star Award is based on Performance, Reliability and Training efforts. Landmark’s performance has installed and registered six thousand Golden Pledge and Silver Pledge Limited Warranty squares during 2024. They also installed 10,000 Rewards squares during 2024.”
Landmark’s reliability is proven as they have earned the GAF Master Elite contractor status for seven consecutive years. Finally, Landmark also earned fifty Learning Credits during 2024 which means Landmark Roofing is committed to ensuring their employees have ongoing education and training regarding GAF products.
GAF also noted that “we congratulate Landmark Roofing’s achievement of the 2025 Master Elite GAF President’s Club Three Star Award is to be congratulated and shows that they represent being the best of the best among our valued contract partners.” This is Landmark Roofing’s fifth consecutive year to have earned the Master Elite GAF President’s Club Award.

After starting his first business at age 26, Artie Hendricks partnered with his best friend Rob Calhan and they have assembled a team of skilled and conscientious friends to be the core of Landmark Roofing. He largely credits his father’s strong and consistent work ethic and his father’s best friend Jerry, who owns a construction company and trained him through his first building experiences. Artie has since advanced through degrees in architecture, auto-CAD and construction management to build a business that prides itself on the care it shows for its work and its customers’ satisfaction.
